On March 16, 2022, K&A Engineering Consulting P.C. and Kathmandu University’s School of Engineering(SoE) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for Internship and Research in Electrical Power Engineering. Both sides agreed to collaborate and focus their efforts on skill development and research in the field of engineering through internships, placements, and research and innovation services.
Prof. Dr. Manish Pokharel, Dean, School of Engineering, and Mr. Rishi Kesh Sharma, Director of Operations, Nepal, signed the MoA on behalf of Kathmandu University and K& A Engineering Consulting P.C. respectively. More than 15 people attended the event, including the Dean , Associate Dean , and Head of Department from several departments of School of Engineering at Kathmandu University, as well as representatives from K&A Consulting P.C. and the EnergizeNepal team. All of the attendees agreed that this collaboration is a terrific initiative for connecting academic institutions and industry, and is a great opportunity for students.
