EnegergizeNepal (ENEP) had a project kick-off meeting on September 18, 2022, with four out of the six projects that had been selected through the fourth call for submissions for financing support for R&D initiatives. The meeting, which was attended by Principle Investigatotors, Activity Leaders, and Research Assistants from the respective projects, was facilitated by Dr. Bijay Thapa, Program Manager, ENEP.
In a brief introduction of ENEP’s project management procedures, Dr. Nawaraj Sanjel, Assistant Program Manager, highlighted the key duties and responsibilities of both the Program and the Projects. The administrative and financial officer for ENEP, Ms. Sushma Maharjan, gave a quick review of financial procedures and emphasized the significance of proper paperwork and prior clearance on expenditures from projects that adhere to university guidelines.
